Purpose

These conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products offered by Caterina Flowers (EKATERINA KHARIZOVA, Tax ID X8881166S). By placing an order, the user accepts these conditions.

Products and prices

Products are described as accurately as possible. As they are natural, seasonal products, flowers may vary slightly in colour and variety from the images, while always keeping the style, size and value of the product. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes; shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Orders and payment

Once the order is placed and payment confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email. We accept card (Visa, Mastercard), Bizum and PayPal, through secure gateways with SSL encryption.

Deliveries

We deliver in Palma and across Mallorca under the conditions set out on the Shipping & delivery page and during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address and contact details for the recipient.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products such as fresh flowers and plants. For non-perishable products, the customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw in accordance with the law. If an order arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours with photographs and we will find a solution (replacement or refund).

Liability

Caterina Flowers is not responsible for delays or impossibility of delivery due to external causes (incorrect details, absence of the recipient, force majeure). In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca.
