Lilies in Mallorca: the flower that lasts longest
If anyone asks which flower gives most for the money, the answer is the lily. Each stem carries several buds that don't open at once but one after another: the bouquet renews itself for more than a week. And when the first flower opens, it scents the whole room without anyone needing to mention there are flowers.
We work with it all year round, with no high or low season: one of the few flowers you can order in January exactly as in August. White, pink and burgundy depending on the week. We build bouquets, arrangements and baskets with it, delivered to the door in Palma and across the island.

Ten to twelve days with clean water, sometimes more. Because each stem opens its buds in sequence, the bouquet looks good right to the end instead of collapsing all at once.
Does it arrive open or closed?
Almost always in bud, with one flower already open so you can see the colour. That is what suits it best: you get to enjoy the whole process at home.
Can the pollen be removed?
Yes, and it is worth doing. The orange anthers stain clothes and tablecloths, and the flower lasts a little longer without them. We remove them before delivery; if new ones open, a napkin is all you need.
Is it dangerous for cats?
Yes. Lilies are toxic to cats, pollen included. If there is a cat in the house, tell us when ordering and we will build the bouquet with another flower at no extra cost.
Is the scent strong?
Oriental lilies are quite fragrant, which is exactly what many customers want. If you prefer something more discreet for a bedroom or an office, let us know and we will pick a milder variety.
Lily bouquets as a gift
It works just as well alone, in pure white, as combined with roses or seasonal foliage. It is a gift that is especially appreciated when the recipient is out all day: it waits well. See also our bouquets and premium bouquets.
Lilies for a home, a hotel or an office
When the flowers have to last and fill a large space, lilies are the sensible choice: a few stems go a long way. Built into an arrangement or a basket they arrive finished and need no vase — very practical for a reception desk or a meeting table. See floral arrangements.

Lilies and hydrangea are our two flowers without a season: you can order them any day of the year. If instead you want the flower of the moment, look at tulips in winter or sunflowers in summer, and the rest of our seasonal flowers.
