We deliver our flowers across the whole of Mallorca, Monday to Saturday. The delivery price depends on your zone, calculated automatically from the postcode at checkout: the closer to Palma, the lower the cost. You can also collect your order from the atelier at no charge.

The exact price is calculated from your postcode in the cart. If yours is not on the list, write to us: in many cases we can still arrange delivery.
Choose the day and time slot
In the final step of your order you will find a calendar to choose the delivery date and the time slot that suits you best: morning (10:00–14:00) or afternoon (16:00–20:00). For key dates — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Sant Jordi — we recommend booking ahead: the best flowers sell out.
Pick-up at the atelier (free)
If you prefer to collect it yourself, choose Store pick-up at checkout and select a day and time slot. You will find us at Carrer Guasp, 1 · 07007 Palma de Mallorca. As these are fresh flowers prepared especially for you, if the order is not collected on the agreed date a refund will not be possible.

Frequently asked questions
How is the delivery price calculated?
By zone, based on the delivery postcode. When you enter the address at checkout the site assigns the zone and applies the rate automatically. No surprises at the end.
Do you deliver same day?
In Palma yes, provided the order comes in with enough time and we have the flowers. For the rest of the island we work with 24–48 hours. If you are in a hurry, call us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you deliver to hotels, villas or yachts?
Yes, it is routine for us. We coordinate with reception, the concierge or the marina office, and let you know once the piece has been delivered.
What if nobody is home?
We call the recipient and, if there is no answer, the buyer. We can leave it with a neighbour or at the concierge desk if you authorise it, or reschedule for the next slot.
Can I send a message with the flowers?
Yes, and we write it by hand on a card. In the delivery step you can compose it, choose the typeface and format, and even ask Bloomi for help if you are lost for words.
Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays?
Our usual delivery runs Monday to Saturday. For Sundays and key public holidays write to us: on important dates we normally make an exception.
