XXL bouquet of 50 white Mondial roses and 15 white hydrangeas, just those two flowers and no greenery: a white dome more than half a metre wide that you carry with both hands. We make it in our atelier on the day of delivery and bring it to the door in Palma and across Mallorca.

Some bouquets are for looking at; others fill a room. Deià is one of the latter: 50 white Mondial roses and 15 white hydrangeas tied into a single dome, with no greenery and no other flower. The hydrangea brings the volume, like a cloud; the rose brings the shape and the light. The result is an XXL bouquet more than half a metre wide that you carry with both hands. It is named after Deià, the stone village of the Tramuntana, because it has the same calm.

Bouquet composition

50 white Mondial roses
Large heads and firm petals; a white with a hint of cream at the heart that opens slowly.

15 white hydrangeas
Each head is a cloud of tiny florets: they give the volume and the round shape of the dome.

White only
No greenery and no filler. Two flowers and one dome, hand-tied in Palma.

Perfect occasions to gift

Golden anniversary
Fifty roses, one for every year together.

Proposal or wedding
For the suite, the house or the day before the yes.

New baby
A serene white to say welcome.

Villa or hotel
To welcome someone with a bouquet you notice from the door.

Care instructions

A bouquet like this drinks a lot, especially the hydrangea. As soon as it arrives, cut two or three centimetres off the base of the stems at an angle and place it in a wide, heavy vase with plenty of water: with this much volume, a narrow vase will tip over. Remove any leaves below the waterline and change the water every two days. If a hydrangea droops, submerge its head in cold water for twenty minutes: hydrangeas also drink through their petals and usually recover. Keep it away from direct sun, radiators and air conditioning. Mondial roses open slowly, so in the first days the bouquet looks fuller and fuller.

Frequently asked questions

How big is it?

Very: it is an XXL bouquet more than half a metre wide, carried with both hands. If it is a surprise, make sure the recipient has a wide vase or a bucket to hand.

Does it need a vase?

Yes, a wide one. Hydrangeas drink a lot, so a heavy vase with plenty of water keeps the bouquet from tipping over and helps it last longer.

How long does it last?

Five to seven days if you change the water every two days and keep it away from sun and air conditioning. The hydrangea is the thirstiest flower in it.

Are the flowers pure white?

The Mondial rose is white with a touch of cream at the heart, and white hydrangeas can show a slight green or cream tint depending on the batch. If you need a very specific white for a wedding or an event, tell us when you order.

Can it be made bigger or in another colour?

Yes. Write to us and we will make it to measure, with more roses, a different share of hydrangeas or in another shade.

Do you deliver across the island?

Yes, from Palma to anywhere in Mallorca, including villas, hotels and yachts. You will see the delivery price when you enter the postcode in the cart.
